Personal Training

Got a specific goal and want to get there without the guesswork? Every session is purpose-built around you. No templates, no shortcuts, just a program designed to start exactly where you’re at with 1:1 expert guidance and support the entire time.

Small Group Training

If you need consistency and accountability with minimal mental load, this is for you. Get in, get out, and trust that every session is part of a progressive program built around real outcomes. The maximum of 4 participants ensures you will still receive expert attention. The 4 session types available are:

Upper-body strength: For those that want a classic gym floor experience. This is a traditional push/pull strength program that includes compound upper-body movements coupled with specific isolations and supersets to maximise time. Targeting chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders.

Lower-body strength: For those that want a classic gym floor experience. This is a traditional lower body split that includes a specific lower body muscle focus and hip hinge movement coupled with specific isolations and supersets to maximise time. Targeting glutes, quads, hamstrings.

Full-body strength circuit: Perfect for those short on time seeking an efficient full-body strength training workout with a focus on form and effectiveness.

HIIT: For those that love/hate the classic HIIT style sweat sesh. Be prepared to get your heart-rate elevated using a variety of equipment, cardio machines and movements with a focus on form.

Want to move without the commitment? Keep your eyes peeled for one-off group sessions run throughout the year. These sessions are built around a single focus that changes all the time! Whether it’s a relaxing stretch or sweaty circuit, there are no strings: simply book and show up.
